If you've already got the mod installed into your Mods/Packages folder, then what I would do is create a shortcut to your game on your desktop and launch it from. At least, it doesn't work for me, it keeps asking for me to put in the CD.

The following FAQ should help explain the different types of sims in your town. As far as I know, with the No CD mod you won't be able to start your game directly from the Launcher anymore. Therefore, the only resident sims you will see will be the ones you make but there will always be service sims and role sims around town. Inside it, get the file called NRaasWoohooer.package and place that file in your Mods directory, inside the folder called Packages. Where are you seeing this?īy default, immigration is turned off in NRaas Story Progression so it does not allow additional sims to move into town. For Woohooer you want (if your game is up to date) Base Mod for patch level 1.63-1.69.
